Our work ranges from the management of facilities, projects and IT systems, through to the creation of entirely new businesses. This includes the financing, design and build of new facilities.
 
Outsourcing, or contracting out, is a flexible management tool which allows organisations to concentrate on their core activities. Depending upon the organisation the range of support can include a specialist consultant, a service team working to Service Level Agreements, a complete facility which requires facilities management and IT support, or the design, build, finance and operation of a new or refurbished facility. The benefit for the client is in the flexibility of the model which can be changed to best suit the customer’s requirements.
 
Our mission is to facilitate and improve the work of our customers by ensuring that they have the most effective IT tools and the knowledge to use these tools efficiently. We provide IT services (IT equipment, software, network services, support and training)
We develop information systems for key policy areas of the business. We coordinate and consolidate IT infrastructures according on customer's general IT policy. Governance is an issue which attracts more and more attention as organisations begin to understand the need for ensuring alignment of activities with overall corporate objectives. IT governance indicates how IT is managed and organised on the enterprise.
